Abstract:
To provide a CEM assembly and the like that enable miniaturization of a voltage supply circuit that stabilizes the voltage applied to a channel-type electron multiplier.SOLUTION: A CEM assembly includes a CEM 100 including an input electrode 130A, a multiplication channel 110, and an output electrode 130B, and a voltage supply circuit 200B. The voltage supply circuit 200B includes a power supply unit 300 and a constant voltage generation unit 400B, and an electromotive force generated by the power supply unit 300 sets the potential of the input electrode 130A. The constant voltage generation unit 400B includes a first resistor 420, a constant voltage supply unit 500A that causes a voltage drop, and a potential fixing element 430A, and the potential fixing element 430A has a terminal for flowing electrons from the output electrode 130B toward a fourth terminal 210D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
