Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite PCa slab manufacturing method, a bolt coupling tool, and a composite PCa slab, which are capable of omitting weight loaded on truss reinforcements.SOLUTION: In a composite PCa slab manufacturing method for manufacturing a composite PCa slab in which a part of a truss reinforcement 1 is projected from a PCa slab 2, concrete to be the PCa slab 2 is solidified while a tensile force of a longitudinal direction is applied to a bottom reinforcement 11 of the truss reinforcement 1. A double-cut bolt 7 is attached to the bottom reinforcement 11 and ends of the double-cut bolt 3 are projected from a frame 4. Through screwing and fastening nuts 5 into the ends of the double-cut bolt 3, a tensile force can be applied to the bottom reinforcement 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
