This cab-over-engine truck, equipped with a cab above the engine compartment for storing an engine and the radiator, is provided with an exhaust fan for exhausting air in the engine compartment on a rear surface of the engine compartment. Furthermore, the cab-over-engine truck includes a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature in the engine compartment and a controller for operating the exhaust fan when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined temperature.
