To provide a high functional cabinet which can not only control humidity but also remove bacteria and odor.
The cabinet is comprised of a storage chamber 1 with high air-tightness to store an item and an air chamber 2 with high air-tightness, which communicate with each other through communication openings 6 and 7. In the air chamber 2, an absorptive dehumidifier 4 providing a dehumidifying device with a reversible moisture absorbing and releasing function, and a photocatalyst device 10 are mounted. The absorptive dehumidifier 4 runs dehumidifying operation to dehumidify the air in the storage chamber 1 sucked from the communication opening 7 through the humidifying device and to blow it from the communication opening 6 into the storage chamber 1 and recovering operation to suck the air from outside of the air chamber 2 and discharge the air to the outside of the air chamber 2 after recovering the humidifying device alternately. The photocatalyst device 10 sucks the air in the storage chamber 1 from the communication opening 7 and disinfect and deodorize it through a photocatalyst filter which is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and runs the operation to blow out the air from the communication opening 6 into the storage chamber 1.
