The cabinet type toilet bowl has a cabinet installed behind the toilet bowl and has a water supply system inside the cabinet. A portion of the peripheral edge of a base which serves as the portion of the toilet bowl installed on the floor is formed on and along a line where the front face of the cabinet makes contact with the floor.
