This cabinet has a cabinet body framed by right and left side panels, a back panel 13 assembled to the back faces of the side panels, a front panel 12 assembled to the front faces of the side panels, a bottom panel 15 assembled to the lower portions of the side panels, or the like. A riser part 17 is formed at the lower portion of the bottom panel 15 of the cabinet body. A wagon 18 is positioned so as to be movable into and out of the riser part 17. The wagon 18 has, e.g. a front wagon panel 19 and a riser panel 17 biased toward the back panel 13 by a predetermined diameter from the front wagon panel 19, with front wagon panel 19 set to be approximately flush with the front panel 12 of the cabinet body.
