Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet in which: in a housing that opens its front, a drawer, which comprises a storage part capable of putting in and out goods from a lateral side, is provided drawably; when the drawer is housed, a latch provided on a front panel engages with an engagement part protruding to an inner surface of a side frame of the housing; it is possible to avoid a situation where goods to be stored inside come into contact with the latch and the latch became inoperable and then it becomes impossible to draw the drawer; and it is possible to prevent breakage of the latch by avoiding contact of the latch and goods when goods are put in or out.SOLUTION: A drawer 2 in which, on a back surface of a front panel 4 that covers an opening of a housing, a back panel 5 narrower than the breadth of the front panel is provided so that it protrudes backwards, has a side panel 9 on one lateral side. A latch 7, which works together with a handle provided on the front panel to be angled inwards and outwards, is provided in both lateral positions of a back panel portion so that the latch protrudes backwards from a back surface of the front panel.
