To easily expand cables and to partially eliminate them and at the same time selectively adjust them in either a bundle or a parallel arrangement for retaining them.
A ring unit 1 consists of a ring part 2 for constraining cables where one portion is missed and a slider part 3 that projects at the lower side. A base unit 4 consists of a band-plate-shaped base part 5 and a guide rail part 6 whose sectional surface has an inverse T-shaped groove on the upper surface, and the ring unit 1 is connected in series with the guide rail part 6 and is retained so that it can be displaced in that direction and at the same time the surface of the ring part 2 is determined so that it matches the longer direction. The base unit 4 is an easily bent plastic molding and is provided with a hole 7 and a bottom-shaped locking part 8 at both sides of the base part 5. Cables can be adjusted and retained in a parallel arrangement form and in a tying form when the base unit 4 is extended in a straight line and is rounded in a circle, respectively.
