Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the laying work of a cable box for a group of supplementary pipes which already have been constructed and to realize a good environment for the work.
SOLUTION: A cable box 1, a structure which coves supplementary pipes 6 set in a given arrangement to form a group of the supplementary pipes through which cables are passed, is made up of a receiving channel 4 having the cross section of a roughly 'U'-shape, whose inside is provided with heat insulating materials facing both sides and bottom surface of the group of the supplementary pipes, and a covering channel 3 having the cross section of a rough inverted 'U'-shape, whose inside is provided with heat insulating materials facing the top surface of the supplementary pipes. Here, the receiving and covering channels 3, 4 are jointed at the overlapping longitudinal sides to constitute a unit length box 2. Then, the receiving channels 4, 4 and covering channels 3, 3 of the unit length boxes 2, 2 to be constituted along the extended direction of the supplementary pipes are linked at the overlapping sides of the each end.
