Abstract:
To improve manufacturing easiness of a fixing part that collectively fixes a plurality of oblong cables.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cable module includes a process of arranging a part of each of a plurality of cables in a first space and sandwiching the plurality of cables between an upper mold and a lower mold so as to form a second space communicating with the first space in a longitudinal direction. The method for manufacturing the cable module includes: a process of injecting a resin from the second space into the first space; a process of curing the resin; and a process of forming a first structure which is made of the resin poured into the first space by removing the upper mold and the lower mold, and a second structure which is made of the resin poured into the second space and is integrally formed with the first structure. Further, the method for manufacturing the cable module includes a process of forming the fixing part which is composed of the first structure by removing the second structure integrally formed with the first structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
