PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a terminal processor and to provide the terminal processor wherein an adjustment is easily made to the installation position of a waterproof tube feeder and a waterproof tube can be fed stably.

CONSTITUTION: Each waterproof tube feeder 26, 29 has a rotary drum body 41, a rotation driving mechanism and a linear feeder section 40. The rotary drum body 41 is formed in the shape of a cylinder having a bottom and is supported and rotated by the rotation driving mechanism. One end of a straight guide lever 45 of the linear feeder section 40 is inserted into the rotary drum body 41. The straight guide lever 45 has lined-up recesses to feed the waterproof tube in line from one end of the linear feeder section to the other end by the vibration of small amplitude. At the other end of the linear feeder section 40, a block for take out 56 is fastened which has lined-up recesses and a continuous stand-by recess.
