The caterpillar belt provided in the lower caterpillar unit and the upper caterpillar unit comprises an endless chain and a plurality of gripping blocks born on the endless chain. The gripping block comprises a plate base connected to the endless chain, a gripping section born on the plate base and having a central recess that comes in contact with the cable to be transferred, and a wheel part. A wheeled guide rail is provided on the lower contact grip region and the upper contact grip region.
