To prevent the floating by twisting of a cable in the horizontal winding of the cable and to eliminate the obstruction to automation of cable winding work by providing a roller parallel to the advancing direction of the cable and a roller oblique thereto.

Two rollers of a roller parallel to the carrying direction of a cable 1 and a roller 2 oblique to the carrying direction of the cable 1 are set. The parallel roller 2 is an auxiliary device for linearly feeding the cable 1 by use of the powered rotation or for naturally rotating by the frictional force of the cable 1. The oblique roller 3 twists the cable 1 by use of the powered rotation or the obliquely working force. According to this, since the floating by twisting of the cable can be prevented in the horizontal winding of the cable, the obstruction to automation of cable winding work can be eliminated.
