Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable that has toughness, flexibility and heat resistance, and can be produced at a relatively low cost even when the cable has a large diameter.SOLUTION: A cable according to one embodiment has: one or more core materials having a conductor and an insulation coating layer that coats the conductor; and a sheath layer that coats the one or more core materials. The sheath layer has an inner sheath layer, and an outer sheath layer that coats the inner sheath layer. The inner sheath layer contains silane-crosslinked ultra-low-density polyethylene. The outer sheath layer contains polyurethane as the main component. The content of the ultra-low-density polyethylene in the resin component 100 pts.mass of the inner sheath layer is 20 pts.mass or more and 100 pts.mass or less. The content of silicon atoms constituting the silane crosslinking in the ultra-low-density polyethylene is 0.05 mass% or more and 1 mass% or less. Preferably, the inner sheath layer further contains non-crosslinked resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
