PURPOSE: To perform safe and easy getting on and off by providing a conveyor device in the getting on and off position in a cableway system, and operating the system at a speed equal or close to the moving speed of a bucket.

CONSTITUTION: In a cableway system, a cableway 6 is operated at a fixed speed V1 in the allow direction, and gondolas 8 (8a, 8b, 8c...) are fixed to the cableway at fixed intervals. In this case, a conveyor device 10 is provided in the getting on and off position of the cableway 6 to form a moving sidewalk moving at a speed V2 being equal to V1. Hence, even a skier having skis in hand or on skis can easily get on the conveyor device 10 moving at about 4m/second, so that he can safely get on the gondola 8 moving at the same speed as the conveyor device 10. As the monitor device of passengers, sensors 14, 16 and a gate 18 opened and closed according to the signal of the sensing of the sensors are provided.
