Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminates mismatching between component data and eliminate the trouble of a cross-reference process and drawing corrections by providing cross-reference tables, file by file, updating data during a plotting process, and checking consistency on the basis of whether or not there is a paired component and its kind.
CONSTITUTION: In a step 13, data on the machine number, kind, and position of an electric unit component are inputted and in a step 14, a cross-reference table corresponding to an input file among the cross-reference tables is referred to. When the data are not existent data as a result of comparison, an advance to a step 16 is made to indicates that the component is a new component on a display. When the data are the existent data, the number of components is checked in a step 17 to check mismatching among component data. When the mismatching is not found, an advance to a step 18 is made to draw the data, but when the mismatching is found, the advance to a step 19 is made to display error occurrence and the contents of the mismatching. Thus, the burden on the designer is lightened and the time for designing is shortened.
