This cake powder cosmetic is produced by mixing a cosmetic base with a solvent, filling the mixture in a vessel and removing the solvent. The cosmetic base is compounded with an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer produced by the copolymerization of radically polymerizable monomers composed mainly of an organopolysiloxane compound having a radically polymerizable group on one terminal of the molecular chain and a 12-30C alkyl (meth)acrylate.
