Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake force-feed pump for operating a force-feed piston cylinder by driving oil of a hydraulic motor for supplying cake. SOLUTION: A discharge circuit of the hydraulic motor 5 for supplying cake is connected to a suction circuit 20 of a rod side oil chamber 9b of the force-feed piston cylinder 9 containing a transport pipe 4 to thereby supply the driving oil of the hydraulic motor 5 to the rod side oil chamber 9b of the force-feed piston cylinder 9, whereby oil pressure of the cake force-feed pump is effectively used to interlock the supply of cake from a hopper 1 with suction of cake into the transport pipe 4. A supply and discharge circuit 21 is connected to a connection point of the suction circuit 20 to the discharge circuit 19 of the hydraulic motor 5 and the rod side oil chamber 9b of the force-feed piston cylinder 9 to thereby supply oil pressure running short in the rod side oil chamber 9b of the force-feed piston cylinder 9 to the suction circuit 20, whereby the consumption of oil is decreased, thus downsizing an oil pressure tank.
