Title:
か焼方法およびか焼装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011522766
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
In the calcination of powdered or fine granular material (I) by calcination in a calcination mill (3) followed by post-calcination of hot (I) in a reaction vessel (6), system exhaust gas (4) is supplied as reaction gas to the reaction vessel as sole heat source (apart from the hot (I)). Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for accelerating the aging of plaster of Paris (Ia) after calcination and cooling, by use of a post-reactor (6') to which system exhaust gas (4) is supplied as sole heat source; (2) a calcination plant comprising a calcination mill (3) and a separate, downstream reaction vessel (6), where the passively heated reaction vessel has connections for supply of system exhaust gas (4); (3) a plant for accelerating the aging of (Ia), comprising a calcination plant for calcining then cooling gypsum and a post-reactor (6') for further heating of the gypsim, where the passively heated reaction vessel has connections for supply of exhaust gas from the calcination plant; and (4) a post-finishing reactor for a calcination plant, having a supplier of at least partially calcined hot (I), a reaction chamber and an abstractor of completely calcined (I), where the post-reactor is passively heated, is connected to an exhaust gas line for system gas and has a controller for the amount of exhaust gas dosed and/or abstracted, so that the temperature of the reaction chamber is controlled.
