Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new calculation system which takes a heat effect into consideration in a calculation of inlet oil film thickness when determining the inlet oil film thickness on cold emulsion rolling of high tensile strength steel or the like, to provide means for elucidating factors which increase the oil film thickness introduced to a contact interface between material and rollers on cold emulsion rolling by performing the calculation of the inlet oil film thickness by using the calculation system, and by using the calculation result, and to provide a rolling oil which permits high lubricity even in high-speed cold emulsion rolling.SOLUTION: A new calculation system which takes a heat effect into consideration in the calculation of inlet oil film thickness on cold emulsion rolling is provided. By using a calculation result of the system, a rolling oil which permits enlargement of oil film thickness h=h'+h"in order to increase the inlet oil film thickness on cold emulsion lubrication rolling of high tensile strength steel plate, stainless steel plate and the like is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
