Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure by applying the load of plural standard weights, to a loads detector, by a lever which is moved rectangulalty to a bar in a core length direction of a detecting roll and forms a lever by using the standard weights, the perform the calibration.
SOLUTION: A bar 2 is put over a core length direction of a shape detecting roll, a roll presser 3 to be placed on a split roll 21, is mounted on a lever 4 which is perpendicular to the bar 2, and is moves while guided by the bar 2, and further a weight loading part 5 for supporting a standard weight 6, is installed on an edge part of the lever 4. The roll presser 3 is installed on a position at a specific distance from the bar 2 as a fulcrum. The load by the weight 4 is applied to the split roll 21 by a ratio of 1 : lever raio. By setting not less than three weights 6, the adjustment of a zero point of a load detector included in the split roll 21, and that of the linearity can be made possible.
