Abstract:
To provide slide glass for calibration capable pf preventing a Newton ring from occurring.SOLUTION: Slide glass for calibration includes: a calibration pattern having a plurality of calibration pattern chips; a first spacer arranged in a periphery of the calibration pattern; a pair of protective base materials arranged facing with each other interposing the calibration pattern and the first spacer and having at least a transmission part in a region overlapping the calibration pattern in a planer view; and a second spacer arranged overlapping a part of the calibration pattern chips in a planer view between the first spacer and at least one protective base material of the pair of protective base materials.
