Abstract:

To provide a call center communication method, a call center system and a web server that can quickly and properly answer an inquiry from a user.

When a user needs to call a call center during browsing a web browser by using a PC, the user calls the call center from a web browser menu or by using a phone, the PC of the user transmits at least one user information items, a PC in the call center receives the user information transmitted from the user and automatically displays the information of the menu displayed on the PC of the user on the PC in the call center, and the user and an operator of the call center make a speech by using the PC of the user of the phone and the PC or a phone in the call center on the basis of the displayed menu.
