A CTI server 2 automatically stores FAX image data received from a customer to an image data DB 6 via an image management server 5. In the case of receiving a phone inquiry from the customer, the CTI server 2 requests the image management server 5 to transmit information with respect to FAX image data of the customer via an operator terminal 4. The image management server 5 receiving this request searches for the image data DB 6 to transmit the information with respect to the FAX image data to the operator terminal 4, and the operator terminal 4 automatically displays the FAX image data from the image management server 5.
