Abstract:
To provide a communication system capable of allowing a speaker to know the state of sounds (voice) output at the other end of a call, a control method, and a program.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 includes a sound acquisition unit 13, a transmission unit 184, and notification unit 186. The sound acquisition unit 13 acquires at least sounds including a speaker's voices. The transmission section 184 outputs the acquired sounds to a device that is operated by the other side person (for example, a lobby interphone, an intercom). The notification unit 186 notifies the speaker of a piece of confirmation information relevant to the acquired sounds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
