Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a tool and to improve the cost by making a fixed blade of a sintered hard alloy used in a crusher for crushing and treating industrial waste, etc.
SOLUTION: A sintered hard alloy chip 13 consisting of a polygonal flat sheet having a center hole is used for a cutting edge 5 of a fixed blade 4 incorporated into a crusher, and the blade 4 is fitted freely detachably/attachably to the main body 11 of the fixed blade by utilizing the center hole. More minutely, each corner of the square chip 13 is formed at an angle of 45° to a chamfered corner 15, the chamfered corners 15 are in parallel placed in a line so as to be adjacent to each other and the blade is screw-joined and fixed to the main body 11 of the fixed blade.
