Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily and surely supporting, fixing and detaching a formwork.
SOLUTION: A concrete slab is formed by surroundingly providing a formwork 1 having a horizontal bedplate 1a on a casting block 2 and casting concrete slurry C into its inside. The cam clamping device comprises a screw fixing part 3 having a female thread hole 4 provided on the top surface of the casting block 2, a cam clamping axis 9 in which a pressing cam 13 with a handle 12 is connected to the upper part and a male thread part 14 to be screwed in the female thread hole 4 of the screw fixing part 3 is formed in the lower part, a clamp slider 5 and a cam receiving washer part 10 provided with a washer hole 11 passing the cam clamping shaft 9. In the clamp slider 5, a slide shaft part 8 penetrating a slide slot 17 in which the penetrated cam clamping shaft 9 can be slid in the front and rear directions, is formed in the middle part 5c. A part 6 abutting on the formwork 1 is formed in the front part 5a. A horizontal adjustment part 7 of a horizontal shaft in which a female screw hole 15 is provided and a height adjustment bolt 16 is screwed is integrally formed in the rear part 5b.
