Camellia flowers or extracts thereof and/or novel Camellioside and analogs thereof act as inhibitors for harmful enzymes (matrix metalloprotease, trypsin, chymotrypsin, hyaluronidase, lipase, tyrosinase and the like) being present in the skin and are practical as a skin external medication such as a skin-whitening agent or an anti-aging agent.
