PURPOSE: To make it possible to use a ski pole as a single pod instead of a tripod even when not carrying a tripod by installing a connection tool for a attaching a camera and a video camera to the ski pole.

CONSTITUTION: The camera adapter is constituted of a metallic screw (camera side) 1, a metallic screw (pole side) 2, a disk 3 made of plastic and a cap 4 for the metallic screw (camera side) 1. The metallic screw (camera side) 1 and the metallic screw (pole side) 2 are formed integrally, and two kinds of threads are formed on one metallic rod. The plastic disk 3 is connected with the metallic screw (camera side) 1 and the metallic screw (pole side) 2, and grooves are formed on the disk 3 so that the disk can be easily rotated. And the adapter can be easily attached, the attaching screw for a hand strap (string) attached with the ski pole is detached, and then, the connection tool is attached instead of a handstrap. In consideration of safety, the camera is detached from the adapter and the cap 4 is put on when not in use.
