A plurality of transmission traces having a concentric structure are provided on one face of the camera unit. Meanwhile, a plurality of tunable conductive units corresponding to a plurality of transmission traces are provided on the one face of the pedestal unit. The connection unit is used to mount the camera unit on the pedestal unit, and the turnable conductive units are brought into electrical contact with the annular transmission traces. Because of this, the camera unit can be freely turned while maintaining the electrical contact. The power of the camera unit and signal inputs and outputs can be send in an outer direction by the annular transmission traces through the turnable conductive units.
