PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module that is disposed in a position corresponding to an opening part of a metal conductive cover without expanding the opening part and enables antenna communications, and an electronic device including the same.SOLUTION: A camera module 4 includes: a lens housing 6 in which a lens L is disposed; a window glass 42 formed of a transparent material and covering the lens housing; and a coil conductive part 52 formed between an outer surface of the lens and an inner surface of the window glass.
