To provide a mobile phone with a camera attached capable of simply and surely detecting a horizontal inclination of the mobile phone with respect to its vertical direction, thereby correcting the inclination by a desire of a user.

An inclination detecting plate 14 freely turned by the gravity is provided to a front side of the camera attached mobile phone 1A, an optical system (lens or the like) of a camera section 2 faces a center opening 14b of the inclination detecting plate 14 and an image of a object is stored in a memory section 17 via the inclination detecting plate 14. Then image data read from the memory section 17 are corrected on the basis of inclination information of the inclination detecting plate 14, the image whose inclination is corrected is displayed on a display section 28 and transmitted to a communication opposite party.
