A camera 50 comprises: a wide angle lens unit 10 as a first lens unit having wide angle lenses (low magnification wide angle lenses 1 and high magnification wide angle lenses 6); telephoto lens unit 20 as a second lens unit which has telephoto lenses (high magnification telephoto lenses 5) having higher magnification than the wide angle lenses and can control a photographing state; a half mirror 2 for dividing an optical axis 11 of luminous flux of incident light from a photograph target 21 in a direction of an optical axis 13 of the wide angle lens unit 10 and a direction of an optical axis 12 of the telephoto lens unit 20; and image sensors 15 and 16 for imaging the incident light passed through the wide angle lens unit 10 and the telephoto lens unit 20. In front of the image sensor 16 of the telephoto lens unit 20, an X-Y driving unit 40 is installed for driving a lens 41 through which the optical axis 12 passes in an X-Y direction that orthogonally crosses the optical axis 12.
