To provide a portable camera shake preventing tool for photographing capable of preventing errors in photographing caused by camera shake when photographing is performed by a camera.

A suspension part 8 put on a human neck or shoulder and an elbow receiving part 10 for supporting a human elbow are formed on a loop state belt body 4. When a photographer takes a photograph by a camera, the suspension part 8 is put on his neck or shoulder, and the elbow of his arm holding the camera is placed on the elbow receiving part 10 so as to fix his arm, whereby the camera shake is prevented. In the case of more stably fixing his arm, an arm 30 is fixed on the elbow receiving part 10 and the lower end of the arm 30 is locked around a photographer's waist part so that weight imposed to his arm is supported around the photographer's waist part through the arm 30.
