Title:
CAMERA ELEVATING/DESCENDING SUPPORT POLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08336068
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To minimize shake of a camera on a support pole by maintaining the camera fitted onto the high support pole from ground at a lower position.

CONSTITUTION: In the elevating/descending camera support pole provided with a camera base 3 on which a camera is mounted, a stationary support pole 1 formed by fixing a high level support pole to a foundation and a rotary shaft 4 provided to the stationary support pole 1 are used to mount a movable support pole 2 and the movable support pole 2 is turned around the shaft 4 to elevate/ descend the camera at the top of the stationary support pole 1. In the case of image pickup, the stationary support pole 1 and the movable support pole 2 are tightened to fix the camera at the top of the high level support pole and the camera is descended to a lower place simply by turning the movable support pole 2 around the shaft 4 by loosening the stationary support pole 1 and the movable support pole 2. In the elevating/descending camera support pole, the camera is fixed by tightening the two support poles 1, 2 and the material is not deteriorated. Furthermore, since a mechanism for turning the movable support 2 and a mechanism for descending the camera on ground are provided to a position close to ground, it is not required to locate a machine for maintenance object to a high place.
