When an abnormality occurs, a detecting part 6 linked with respective sensors respectively executes an output to the photographing part a10, the photographing part b11, the light emitting part 12, the alarm issuing part 13, the originating part 14 and the portable telephone originating device 15 by way of the control part 9. Then the burglar preventing countermeasure is reinforced and the spare power source 8 is arranged so that an operation is kept continuing in spite of the disconnection of a main power source. Then the photograph of the criminal image is photographed by the photographing part 10 to obtain the evidence and the abnormality is announced by calling through the use of the portable telephone dialing device 15.
