PURPOSE: To inhibit a warning method from operating after a return-to-zero counter has advanced by providing the return-to-zero type counter and also providing the warning means which operates a shutter release operation member or its circumference is touched with a finger while the counter is at a reset position.
CONSTITUTION: The return-to-zero type counter arranged on the lower outside wall 14a of the pack loading chamber 14 of a camera body 2 is equipped with a counter drum 16 which supports a counter ratchet 15 coaxially and has display marks S, 1, 2, 3... on the outer circumference counterclockwise successively; the rack part 12a of a reciprocating member 12 and the rack part 23a of a feed member 23 are coupled together by a pinion 26 to step the counter ratchet 15 clockwise by the feed pawl 20 of the feed member 23 associatively with the film unit feed-out operation by the feed pawl 13 of the reciprocating member 12. An arm 40 is fixed to the other end of a rotating shaft 39 and the power source switch 46 of a warning tone generating circuit which turns on by the clockwise oscillation of the arm 40 and turns off by the counterclockwise oscillation is provided. When the counter drum 16 is stepped, the arm 41 disengages from a cam projection part 43 to oscillate the arm 40 clockwise through the rotating shaft 39, so a lever 46a leaves the arm 40 to open the switch 46.
