To support and drive a cartridge with high accuracy in the state of being quickly loaded and unloaded without complicating the respective operations of putting in and out a cartridge from a cartridge room and loading and unloading by movement centering round one shaft of the cartridge room and its structure and without increase in the size of a camera.

A cartridge chamber 21 supports a cartridge 5 stored in the chamber with high accuracy regardless of movement between the storing position and the projecting position of the cartridge chamber 21 by fitting a winding shaft 8 and a shaft 11a for opening and closing a shielding door to a winding shaft driving shaft 23a and a shielding door driving shaft 24a provided on the bottom of the room in the direction of putting in and out the cartridge with a large fitting length. A winding shaft driving means 25 and a shielding door driving means of the camera main body 1 side drive the winding shaft 8 and the shaft 11a of the shielding door through the winding shaft driving shaft 23a and the shielding door driving shaft 24a to open and close the shielding door, and push out and roll in a film.
