This emergency food is obtained by forming in a prescribed size, rice grain sesame cake with added sesame powder or rice grain of sprouted brown rice or the like in a prescribed amount, applying alcoholic liquor to the product so as to infiltrate alcohol into a green bamboo, and wrapping the brown rice sesame cake with starch syrup so as to quickly cook and add flavor for appetite improvement and antibacterial action. The emergency food is hermetically sealed in a hermetic container penetrating no air and light.
