The circulation grooves 205 and 207 communicating the valve chamber and the inside of the container body 10 in the second passage 69 are connected to a joint surface between an engaging cylinder 621 and an outer peripheral wall 647 constituting the outer peripheral part of the valve chamber, or the joint surface between the fixing member with the support part and the fixed groove part, or the joint surface between the support part and the outer peripheral wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
