Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a cap which can be easily attached to a mouth of a container and a capped container using the cap.SOLUTION: A cap 1 is provided with an inside plug 2 formed with a spout 21 and attached to a mouth portion 11 of a container 10, an inner plug 3 that seals the spout 21, and an upper lid 4 that covers the mouth portion 11 by being attached to the mouth portion 11. The inside plug 2 has a fitting portion 23 into which the mouth portion 11 is fitted. The upper lid 4 has temporary holding means 40 for holding the inside plug 2 and a contact cylinder 51 for contacting the inside plug 2 from the opposite side of the mouth portion 11. An abutment tube 51 fits the mouth portion 11 into the fitting portion 23 by pressing the fitting portion 23 against the mouth portion 11 when the upper lid 4 is attached to the mouth portion 11. The temporary holding means 40 releases the holding with a force smaller than the force for releasing the fitting of the mouth portion 11 in the fitting portion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
