Abstract:
To provide a cap having an easily openable seal that allows the easily openable seal to be attached to the cap without causing deformation in the easily openable seal due to external force.SOLUTION: A cap having an easily openable seal comprises: a cap body 2 attached to a mouth part of a container; an opening formation surface 6 of the cap body in which a pouring opening 5 is opened; a pouring-out cylinder 7 rising from the opening formation surface 6 while surrounding the pouring opening 5; an upper lid 4 which is integrated with the cap body 2 via a hinge 3 and is folded with the hinge 3 as a fulcrum; a cylindrical upper lid inner 11 extending from an in-upper-lid top surface 12 to the inner side of the pouring-out cylinder toward the opening formation surface 6 of the cap body 2; and an easily openable seal material 13 which is arranged on the opening formation surface 6 covering the pouring opening 5 of the cap body 2 and sandwiched between an upper lid inner lower end edge 14 and the opening formation surface 6 around the pouring opening 5. In the easily openable seal material 13, one side of front and rear surfaces is thermally welded to the upper lid inner lower end edge 14 by induction heating, and the other side is thermally welded to the opening formation surface 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
