Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothen movement of a slide valve even at the time of starting when differential pressure between intermediate pressure and low pressure (inlet pressure) becomes small or at the time of a partial load when low pressure is lowered and to carry out stable capacity control.
CONSTITUTION: A closed space 25 of a valve chest 9 partitioned by a guide 3 is provided on the guide 3 of a slide valve 5 furnished with the guide 3 and a valve body 4. Then, it is made possible to carry out stable capacity control by providing an equalizing hole 27 communicated through to a discharge port 26 of a lowstep compressor, equalizing the closed space 25 by way of opening it to the discharge port 26 and smoothening movement of the slide valve 5 in the load up and down directions.
