Abstract:
To provide a means for imparting a uniform dispersion state with time of a capsule in a skin care composition accompanied with a low-viscosity external phase.
The means is capable of imparting the uniform dispersion state with time by providing the skin care composition having ≤0.01 absolute value of specific gravity difference between the encapsulated ingredient and the external phase of the capsule at 20°C. The skin care composition contains the capsule and has a low viscosity (about ≤2 Pas at 20°C).
