Title:
CAPTURING FINE PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6365947
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To selectively form and capture the objective product and to facilitate the development of a composite material due to fine particles, by capturing fine particles by applying modulation such as molecular vibration or grid vibration to the capturing position of fine particles.

CONSTITUTION: When fine particles are supplied to an upstream chamber 2 which a downstream chamber 3 is evacuated, pressure difference is generated between the upstream chamber 2 and the downstream chamber 3. Therefore, the fine particles supplied pass through a contracting and expanding nozzle 1 from the upstream chamber 2 to flow into the downstream chamber 3. Light is allowed to irradiate the inflow fine particles from a light source 5 through a sector 6 to perform the application of modulation. The sector 6 makes the light allowed to irradiate the fine particles intermittent and controls the irradiation time of the light. Further, the light source 5 can be also used as a heat source (infrared ray source etc.).
