PURPOSE: To provide a command controlling center with a technology for surely grasping the car allocation states in each lot and place when a car allocation system is used.

CONSTITUTION: A command controlling center 1 and a terminal controller 3 are connected with each other by way of a communication channel 2, and the terminal controller 3 is connected to a vehicle setting board 6 provided with a car allocation setting means 4 and a display means 5. When the car allocation setting means 4 on the vehicle setting board 6 is operated to output a switch signal to the terminal controller 3, the display means 5 on the vehicle setting board 6 provided in the terminal controller 3 is controlled to become the first display state. Then the terminal controller 3 informs the center 1 of the change of the switch state by way of the communication channel 2. When the center 1 receives an information signal about the switch state, it generates a responding signal for it and returns it to the terminal controller 3. When the terminal controller 3 receives the responding signal, it changes the state of the display means 5 in the vehicle setting board 6 from the first display state to the second one.
