Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the projecting length of a free wheel hub and the length of a front wheel hub respectively to improve the looking and realize a light weight, by forming a flange for wheel installing at gearing point of a clutch ring to a free wheel hub. CONSTITUTION:In order to set a front wheel 23 to a driving wheel from a free wheel, a handle 12 of free wheel hub 11 installed at the outside of the front wheel hub 7 which is an axle hub is handled to rotate. As a result, a clutch ring 14 is advanced to up and right direction in the figure through a spring 13, and its inner spline 15 is geared to a spline 5 at the top of a drive shaft 4. In this case, the free wheel hub 7 is projected outside to the periphery at its high rigidity portion, the portion to response to the gearing portion of the clutch ring, to form a flange 17 integrally, to which the wheel 20 is installed. Therefore, the projecting length of the said hub 1 and the length of the said hub 7 are reduced respectively.
