PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of short-circuit between a bracket and a wire, a wire harness and a connector by fitting the bracket to a panel in a single operation while eliminating the screw fastening work.
SOLUTION: A car body fitting bracket 1 for fixing accessories to a panel is provided with a panel side bracket 5 having a male connector part 4, a visor side bracket 9 to be engaged with the panel side bracket 5 and having a female connector part 6 to be connected to the male connector part 4, and a cover 10 to be installed in the visor side bracket 9. The cover 10 is formed with projections 18, 18 for grommet screws 8, 8 to be inserted into a center hole 19 of the grommet screws 8, 8. The tips of the grommet screws 8, 8 projected from bracket fitting holes 7, 7 of an inner panel 2 are pushed to the peripheral edge of openings of the bracket fitting holes 7, 7 while forcibly widening the openings with the projections 18, 18 for the grommet screws so as to fix the car body fitting bracket 1 to the inner panel 2.
