Abstract:
To provide a car and an elevator in which a foreign object such as a trash does not enter a storage recess part and with which a passenger can easily get on and off.SOLUTION: In an elevator having a car door 10 arranged in a car and a car sill 11, and a landing door and a landing sill arranged in an entrance, a movable part 17 is provided which is stored inside a storage recess part 15 formed in the car sill and/or the landing sill and which moves vertically in response to an opening and closing operation of the car door and/or the landing door. In a state where the movable part receives a pressing force from the car door and/or the landing door, a top surface 17a of the movable part moves to a position downward of a top surface 11a of the car sill and/or the landing sill and in a state where it does not receive a pressing force from the car door and/or the landing door, the top surface of the movable part moves to a position flush with the same surface with the top surface of the car sill and/or the landing sill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
