Abstract:
To smoothly lift a car frame while preventing the application of an unbalanced load to a guide shoe.
A winch 24 is mounted on a rocking body 23 freely rockable to an installing part 21 installed on an upper beam 4 with a rocking shaft 22 as the center so that the winch 24 is rocked in response to an angular change in a winch rope 12 by a lift of the car frame. The winch 24 is arranged on a rail core of a car guide rail 2 to prevent the application of the unbalanced load to the guide shoe.
